What you will be doing:
· Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization
· Serve as a point of contact for compensation-related activities including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and issue resolution
· Analyze internal equity and external market competitiveness to ensure competitive and effective pay programs
· Prepare and manage salary surveys, ad hoc compensation benchmarking requests, and market data analysis
· Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights that inform compensation decisions
· Support key annual processes, including merit cycles, market reviews, and long-range planning initiatives
· Participate in benefits-related initiatives such as annual enrollment, associate education, and program coordination
· Investigate and resolve complex benefits-related issues, ensuring a seamless associate experience
· Monitor and analyze compensation ticket trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and program effectiveness
· Reconcile benefits-related financial data (including HSA accounts) and ensure accurate processing of benefit invoices
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation, HR, and business partners to enhance total rewards strategies

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 0–2+ years of experience in HR, Analytics, Compensation, or a related field
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience conducting compensation analysis for market competitiveness and internal equity
· Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and compensation frameworks
· Ability to develop compensation recommendations using Excel and/or PowerPoint
· Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, data analysis); Access knowledge a plus
· Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
· Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Interest in data analytics, statistics, and workforce insights
· Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver client-focused solutions

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.
