- Participate in on-call support rotation for a limited group of priority users, as required
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and recommend practical enhancements
What you bring to the table:
- A strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and user satisfaction.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with sound judgment when troubleshooting and escalating issues.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, incidents, and service requests while staying organized and meeting operational expectations.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn evolving technologies, tools, and processes.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training, certifications, and relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of progressively responsible, hands-on experience in IT support, technical support, or a related field, including support of Windows personal computing environments.
- Demonstrated experience with PC imaging and software deployment tools such as SCCM or an equivalent platform.
- Experience providing mobile device support in an enterprise environment.
