What you’ll be doing:
- Ownership of the audit and data integrity issue resolution process. Ensures the accuracy of the data and provides insight to leadership within the Print Healthcare space.
- Provide insightful, actionable, and timely reporting to Print Sales Leadership Team to increase visibility into customer account performance and opportunities for improvement or growth • Analyze Account Maintenance processes to ensure accuracy of customer data and efficiency of internal management
- Manage relationships with internal partners: Senior Leadership, Sourcing and Inventory teams, and Project Managers

- Solicit feedback from the field to identify opportunities, develop effective tools and trainings, and implement solutions
- Participate in the design and financial modeling for role-specific plan agreements and create/review/edit other commission related documentation
- Further develop account performance measures - customer on boarding and customer ramping, growth and retention through analysis for the customer life cycle
- Proactively identify areas in need of improvement; partner with stakeholders to craft resolutions, new processes, and impactful updates, and support long-term action plans
- For additional reporting opportunities on the KPI program, act as a program owner, supporting strategic program objectives, measurement systems, and success criteria
- Partner with the Manager, Incentive Compensation for ongoing analysis related to incentive compensation results e.g., monthly accrual and commissions, crediting, quotas, and related workflows.
- Support pricing strategy development and implementation.
- Provide support for troubleshooting issues and responding to employee inquiries
- Support the delivery of a month-end analytical reporting connecting sources of seller action to pay-outs within the incentive compensation program
- Maintain customer and product master pricing files to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with the pricing and profitability analysis of new products and services.
- Analyze pricing trends, margin performance, and competitive positioning.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and billing issues.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of prior related work experience

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access and Excel
- Experience with Anaplan and Salesforce
- SQL Database (snowflake) management, Alteryx, Power BI, Access DB, SFDC backend
- Knowledgeable of Staples systems, Sunrise, Apollo, SFDC, Pricing Tables, etc.
