The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes, including Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, and related functions. This role serves as a quality subject matter expert, performing end‑to‑end quality audits and translating findings into actionable insights that drive process improvements, SOP updates, and training initiatives. Beyond transactional auditing, the role partners closely with leadership, trainers, and cross‑functional teams to strengthen governance, reduce errors, and enhance financial and customer outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform quality assurance audits across O2C functions to validate adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Apply and refine QA methodologies, scorecards, sampling techniques, and audit criteria to ensure consistency and fairness
- Participate in calibration sessions to align quality standards across QA and operational teams
- Analyze audit results to identify trends, recurring defects, process gaps, and potential risks
- Prepare clear, data‑driven reports with findings, root causes, and recommended corrective actions
- Track quality performance metrics such as error rates, repeat defects, and compliance trends
- Partner with trainers, supervisors, and managers to support corrective training, onboarding, and refresher initiatives
- Serve as a quality SME during system upgrades, UAT testing, and process change initiatives
- Provide QA input into SOP updates, policy changes, and operational redesign efforts
- Recommend process improvements that support accuracy, compliance, scalability, and customer satisfaction

What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, O2C operations, Finance Operations, or a related support role
- Hands‑on experience auditing or supporting Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, or similar O2C processes
- Experience using QA scorecards, audit tools, or documented quality frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis
- Ability to produce written QA findings and recommendations with minimal supervision
What’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting system upgrades, UAT testing, or operational change initiatives
- Familiarity with SOP development, control documentation, or training content creation
- Experience working in high‑volume, transaction‑driven environments
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis or process mapping

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity.
