Join Staples’ Own Brand team where you will play a critical role in shaping how products are designed, launched, and evolved at scale. In this highly visible, enterprise-level role, you will streamline processes, build scalable frameworks, and drive change adoption across cross-functional teams—directly impacting speed to market, operational efficiency, and product success.
What you will be doing:
- Design, own, and continuously evolve end-to-end Own Brand product development and change frameworks
- Establish standardized processes including intake, prioritization, stage gates, governance, and readiness milestones
- Develop and maintain core process artifacts such as SOPs, workflows, templates, and playbooks
- Create and manage a centralized ‘single source of truth’ hub for tools, training, and documentation
- Define governance standards including document ownership, version control, and approval processes
- Lead change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools, systems, and processes
- Develop communication and training plans to support sustained adoption and engagement
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver enablement, onboarding, and continuous learning programs
- Track and analyze KPIs related to process adoption, documentation quality, and engagement
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data, feedback, and observation
- Lead pilots, test solutions, and iterate to improve processes and outcomes
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, matrixed teams without formal authority

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, process optimization, operations, or product development
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level processes, tools, or enablement models
- Strong change management experience with demonstrated adoption results
- Experience working across complex, cross-functional and matrixed organizations
- Experience developing governance models, SOPs, and standardized documentation
- Proficiency with collaboration and content management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
- Experience defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline)
- Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP
- Experience in retail, merchandising, product development, or supply chain
- Experience building enterprise knowledge hubs or ‘single source of truth’ platforms
- Experience developing and delivering training and enablement programs
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives with measurable results
- Advanced program management experience managing multiple complex initiatives

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
