Physical Security Analyst

As a Physical Security Analyst, you'll help protect associates, facilities, assets, and operations across our corporate and supply chain network by supporting and improving enterprise physical security systems and programs. Partnering closely with Asset Protection, Facilities, IT, Procurement, field teams, and external vendors, you'll help ensure security technologies and processes remain reliable, compliant, and effective through system monitoring, analytics, project coordination, vendor management, and financial oversight. This role is ideal for a security professional who enjoys combining technology, data, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen safety, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement within a growing, enterprise-wide security program.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitor and support enterprise physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm platforms.
  • Analyze system performance, incident trends, and service data to identify opportunities for improvement and risk reduction.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting efforts, maintenance activities, and corrective actions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Support physical security projects including new installations, upgrades, relocations, and system expansions across corporate and supply chain facilities.
  • Create and maintain engineered drawings, installation documentation, reports, and operational records.
  • Assist with project scheduling, vendor oversight, milestone tracking, and project closeout validation.
  • Serve as a liaison between Asset Protection, Facilities, IT, Procurement, Accounts Payable, field teams, and security vendors.
  • Support incident response activities by providing documentation, system data, and follow-up analysis.
  • Review and process invoices related to security equipment, services, and projects while ensuring alignment with approved scope and pricing.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders and support procurement-related activities tied to physical security initiatives.
  • Assist with the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Genetec physical security platform.
  • Help drive standardization, compliance, and operational readiness across enterprise locations.

What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in physical security, facilities operations, asset protection, or a related operational support role, including hands-on support of physical security systems such as access control, video surveillance, and alarm platforms.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, service tickets, maintenance activities, or operational support services.
  • Ability to analyze incident data, system metrics, and service trends to support operational decision-making.
  • Experience preparing reports, engineered drawings, service logs, SOPs, or similar documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience managing purchase requisitions, invoices, or budget-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

What’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise physical security platforms such as Genetec.
  • Experience supporting physical security projects, including installations, upgrades, expansions, or relocations.
  • Familiarity with procurement, purchasing, and accounts payable processes.
  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives, audit readiness, and security-related standards.
  • Knowledge of physical security best practices within corporate, distribution, or supply chain environments.

The salary rangerepresentsthe expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specificbasepay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
