As a Digital Sales Associate, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market customers using primarily digital touchpoints—delivering personalized solutions while helping businesses work smarter. What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain and grow revenue through outbound digital sales activities within assigned industries or verticals
  • Execute sales strategies across digital channels including email, social media, chat, digital sales rooms, and virtual meetings
  • Own and manage a digital sales funnel, progressing opportunities through close
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new customer acquisition digitally
  • Leverage CRM tools to document customer interactions, capture insights, and follow up on revenue opportunities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Share best practices and insights to support a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong digital sales mindset with enthusiasm for technology-enabled selling
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.
  • Ability to engage and influence customers through virtual and digital channels
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationship building
  • Innovative thinking and willingness to test new tools, platforms, and sales strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across digital formats
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working across teams
  • Interest in mentoring peers and supporting the evolution of digital selling practices

What’s Needed - Basic Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field 

What’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B or mid-market sales experience
  • Multichannel digital selling exposure
  • Customer acquisition and retention experience

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
