What you’ll be doing:

  • Attain Sales Quota & KPIs (Customer Engagement Metrics, New Opportunities Created, and New Wins)
  • Retain & grow existing programs and accounts
  • Acquire new Print sales within an existing book of business
  • Use Professional Selling Skills to navigate through the Selling Process – identify customer needs through discovery
  • Make a high volume of proactive outbound calls and execute retention and growth activities
  • Train and educate customers on digital print offerings – perform site demonstrations
  • Effectively manage a funnel of opportunities – maintain detailed opportunity notes and tasks
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive growth and Deliver for Customers

 What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to sell and effectively communicate company values and services via phone, email, and video conference tools
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to uncover, develop, and close sales
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced organization that changes to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Strong relationship building skills

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • 1+ year of successful sales, customer service, or sales support experience

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Printing Industry
  • Previous experience in virtual selling
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
