What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the execution of our digital media campaigns with a primary focus on Paid Search with secondary focuses on Paid Social and Affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, making optimizations and campaign recommendations, and assist in various reporting communications.
  • Drive optimizations around keyword and adcopy strategy across campaigns.
  • Assist in the management of budget allocation to hit campaign KPIs.
  • Partner with and prioritize work for external media agency of record team.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to receive and interpret results via marketing mix modeling, match-market tests, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Respond to requests and updates from internal stakeholders regarding campaign execution and media support.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience managing and optimizing multiple SEM campaigns towards a KPI.
  • Experience working with or at a media buying agency.
  • Background in running display, paid social, digital campaigns and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in MS Office especially MS Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts/graphs.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies & tools (web analytics, tag management, ad servers, attribution, etc.).
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to draw conclusions and develop recommendations and action plans based on data.
  • Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing or media buying experience with Paid Search focus.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Marketo
