"I’m a manager of software engineering within SDS. I have been in this role for about a year, and I have been on this team for about 4. I’ve been working at Staples for a total of 7 years and before I was a manager, I was a software engineer. My absolute favorite part of managing a group of engineers is promoting constant teaching and learning throughout my team.
