This is a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) position. This position is based at our corporate facility in Framingham, Ma.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Program manage the execution of prioritized learning initiatives within committed timelines.
  • Consult and collaborate with colleagues, subject matter experts and stakeholders to curate and collect technical, product knowledge source content.
  • Write and design high-impact, scalable learning experiences using blended modalities and technologies (E.g., Mobile, eLearning, Instructor-led, Presentations, Performance support aids and Virtual training outputs, etc.).
  • Develop customer-facing training to demonstrate our capabilities and product solutions.
  • Provide quality assurance on developed content and completion reporting, as requested.
  • Measure the impact of learning experiences to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Maintain course material for longevity and relevancy.
  • Keep abreast of new and developing trends in technical and adult learning and applies them to all learning experiences. 

What you bring to the table:

  • Design and adult learning knowledge (E.g., ADDIE Model, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
  • Successful track record designing and managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Proven videography experience (writing and preparing video scripts, producing, and editing) using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience with other software, authoring tools and LMS systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office 365, Social Media tools (E.g., YouTube), Social Learning platforms, Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Ability to follow brand, design communication standards, and processes.
Qualifications - External

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years writing and creating learning experiences and training deliverables
  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skilled in graphic design and development
  • Working with HTML code regarding web and mobile hosted content
  • Creative and eager to develop new and innovative solutions
  • Experience writing training evaluations and surveys utilizing tools such as E.g., Microsoft Forms, Survey Monkey, Typeform, etc.
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience working with a Merchandising team is extremely beneficial.
