Staples is unique because they look out for the wellbeing of their associates. They offer an inclusive environment and make efforts to improve the lives of their associates as well as those in our local communities. I have had many opportunities to participate in activities that have helped local organizations like children's schools, or participate in local charities like the Heart Walk. These types of activities are what sets Staples apart from other companies and a huge part of why I have been with Staples for over 14 years.
My career has grown in many ways since I started at Staples as a frontline Customer Service Representative. Over the last 18 years I've had some amazing opportunities throughout my career to work with and learn from several different teams across the organization. My current role as Learning Advisor allows me to utilize what I've learned and apply that to training and supporting others.
I chose to work at Staples because I was looking to be a part of market-leading organization, to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, and to learn and grow professionally. Additionally, my original hiring manager (and manager for nearly 8 years at Staples) was someone I respected and admired – someone who challenged me and taught me volumes. Staples has supported my goals across a number of fronts – as a professional looking to grow and develop, as a person looking to be intellectually stimulated and engaged, and as a parent looking to be a productive working Mom.
