Staples Business Resource Groups
Business Resource Groups are established to provide a mutually beneficial relationship for associates and Staples. BRG members work together on a voluntary basis with the purpose of supporting associates, creating networking opportunities, aligning with Staples I&D strategy and improving business in the marketplace. BRGs serve as internal resources to support associate engagement and additional business activities such as recruitment/talent acquisition, leadership development, product development, marketing, corporate branding and community relations. BRGs provide a sense of community within the workplace, offer a forum for members to discuss relevant challenges and opportunities, and enable joint efforts on common areas of interests.
All Abilities empowers and advocates for associates directly or indirectly impacted by physical & intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions as they navigate the work environment. We provide educational resources related to physical & intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions.
HOLA activates the unique strengths, views and experiences of Hispanic and Latinx associates to spark innovation, deliver insights on target markets, accelerate our associates' professional development and contribute to Staples' business goals.
Mosaic is dedicated to enriching the Black communities in which we live and work. Our mission is to help advance Staples Inclusion & Diversity efforts by focusing specially on the recruitment, retention and development of Black associates.
Out @ Work is a network for members and allies of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) community. The group functions as a trusted advisor to the business from an LGBTQ perspective and an advocate and resource for associates.
The Pan Asian Resource Group establishes an active presence of the Asian-American community at Staples through continued dialogue on the rich diversity and complexity of the Asian-American experience. We give a voice to Asian Americans by sharing stories that represent their unique experiences.
The Veterans Resource Group is a network of associates and their family members who have served in the armed forces. We identify and pursue opportunities that encourage the successful transition, growth and development of our members to help maximize their potential.
Women in Supply Chain inspires and empowers women to understand and pursue career growth opportunities. We aim to achieve equality and inclusiveness across all roles within Supply Chain.
Women Who Lead is an active community that supports and advocates for all women. Our mission is to raise awareness against bias by championing equality and the needs of women in the workplace. We celebrate and encourage women to enrich their skills and leadership through connections, discussion, professional development and mentorship.
Young Professionals brings associates together for personal and career growth through building relationships, developing skills, sharing resources and giving back to both Staples and the community. We foster growth in Staples’ next generation of impactful leaders.
Parenting Plus! provides an inclusive space for parents, caregivers and allies to openly discuss accomplishments, challenges and solutions. Our members are from all variations of lifestyles from traditional, single parent, same sex, extended and many more. No two families look the same, yet may have so much in common.
