Internship Program
Our 11-week (June - August) summer internship program shows what it’s like to work at Staples as a full-time employee. You’ll be assigned real projects, work with your team, and contribute directly to your team’s goals and objectives. Rising juniors and seniors are eligible.
Co-Op Program
Our six-month (January or July start date) co-op program partnered with Northeastern University gives you real work experience, aligning you to strategic projects. It provides you with the ability to choose a specialized path in Automation & Robotics, Transportation, Global Design, Operational Research, and Supply Chain Data Scientists. Graduate students are eligible.
Rotational Program
Our 2-year (January or June start date) rotational program consists of four 6-month rotations on different teams over the course of the program. Choose a specialized path – finance, digital business, Staples Digital Solutions, and Data Analytics – and work on projects with four different functional groups. This program provides a wide scope of experience to pursue a fulfilling career path, learning how we build connections to live by our values. Designed for recent and upcoming university graduates.
Merchandising Training Academy
Everyone comes to us with their own special talents. Our goal is to provide the tools you need to self-develop and own your growth. That is why we built the Merchant Academy with a 6-month training program, custom-built to give you the essentials to be a world-class Merchant. This learning path will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to deliver a great experience to our customers and further grow your career.
Sales University Program
The University Sales Program prides itself on helping students develop a rewarding career in sales. In this state-of-the-art sales program, we can take someone right out of college with little to no professional work experience, and groom them into top-performing outside sales representatives. You will start as a B2B Territory Sales Representative, where you will participate in instructor-led and on-the-job training for two months, learning about the company, and the products we sell while developing sales skills you’ll need to ensure you are successful. After several successful months, you will be on your way to your first promotion with Staples!
