What you’ll be doing:

This position is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing plans, collateral, and communication efforts for our most profitable accounts. If you love immersing yourself in data-driven marketing, read on!

In this role, you will be driving industry marketing planning and initiatives, including culling through industry trends and analytics, and collaborating with the sales and merchandising teams to create effective, sales-driving marketing campaigns and collateral.

You will also create, manage and execute on-brand marketing strategies across accounts within an assigned book of business. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing efforts across a wide variety of accounts to increase sales, engagement and conversion rates. This person will increase revenue heavily through effective digital and traditional marketing and eCommerce initiatives, while also providing detailed analytics, trends and evaluations, and identifying key insights.

What you bring to the table:    

  • Development of SWOT analysis, marketing calendars and campaigns
  • Identify industry opportunities and recommend strategies that align with sales goals and merchandising trends
  • Develop and execute a sales-driving, multi-faceted marketing plan – primarily email marketing and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Collaborate continuously with internal team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the account, target audiences and marketing needs. Transform your knowledge into effective marketing campaigns that deliver sales-driving results.
  • Track results for reporting on each campaign and identify insights that will drive improvements and strategies for future campaigns in presentations to the client.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce effective marketing collateral.
  • Serve as project manager/lead to navigate marketing initiatives cross-departmentally.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing trends to leverage in developing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Embrace new technologies that enhance efficiencies, performance, and results.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • 4-6 years relevant work experience in marketing or related field

What’s needed- Preferred:

  • Experience working with agencies and/or vendors 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytic software
  • Proficiency in email and eCommerce marketing
  • Proficiency in Marketo or similar marketing automation software
