What you’ll be doing:
As an Associate II Asset Protection, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and efficiency of our operations within both the Asset Protection Department and Fulfillment Center. You’ll monitor employee and visitor movement, oversee the parking lot for any suspicious activity, operate the company switchboard when needed, and conduct daily surveillance using CCTV and alarm systems. You’ll also handle perimeter and safety checks, manage warehouse inventory control and audits, and maintain order at the front desk and lobby by authorizing and logging visitors appropriately. Supporting incident investigations, leading new hire training sessions, and conducting data analysis to identify trends in shrink and cargo loss are all part of your responsibilities. You’ll help maintain regulatory compliance and support multiple Fulfillment Centers, making you a key contributor to our success.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- At least two years of related experience in warehouse operations or asset protection/loss prevention
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading or instructing new hire training sessions
- Demonstrated skills in data analytics or surveillance systems
