What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Project Managers, Stakeholders and SMEs to understand current state and upcoming changes to processes, systems and/or technology and create detailed change management plans including change impact assessments, hyper-care planning and supporting materials for communication and training.
  • Coordinate change management planning with Vendors that handle outsourced processes, including train-the-trainer sessions, and ensure vendor material is aligned with expectations.
  • Analyze change in business processes, systems, and technology to determine control planning for post change assessment and ensure any negative impacts resulting from change are quickly identified and addressed.
  • Coordinate with SMEs to compile clear training materials that drive learner engagement, knowledge adoption, and retention and post training surveys.
  • Write various types of documentation such as change management plans, process flows, and standard operational procedures.
  • Organize, publish, and maintain documents in SharePoint (or similar document management systems) in such a way that information is easily accessible.
  • Ensure employees have the knowledge and materials required to perform their day-to-day duties consistently and efficiently, in alignment with Staples values and policies.
  • Actively work to understand gaps in knowledge and partner with stakeholders to drive content and training that bridges gaps.
  • Improve efficiencies by identifying inconstancies in process coordination between business units, duplicate efforts, and inefficient process through documentation reviews.
  • Support change management efforts by ensuring associates are prepared to work in a new way, provides support for Q&A/FAQ for new or changed processes post-training.

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent Communicator. Superior writing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Detail-oriented - nothing gets overlooked when it comes to you.
  • Interpersonal skills - comfortable frequently interacting with managers, SMEs, technical partners, vendors, and associates.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and then be able to write clear and compelling material that is easy to understand.
  • Comfortable using multiple types of software and tools (MS Office Suite, One Drive, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience training, developing curriculum, and producing standardized training and knowledge content
