The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a key position supporting the management of paid media activity driving the growth of Staples.com. The Project Manager partners with the broader marketing team, creative teams, analytics, and external media agencies. Candidates who would be successful in this role are described as having a passion for operational excellence, process development, media activation, and data integrity. Moreover, the Project Manager is intellectually curious and believes in customer-centric marketing. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help support the execution of our digital media campaigns including Affiliate, Paid Search and Paid Social including influencers
  • Supports campaign activation by requesting creative assets, reviewing influencer content, managing audience files and uploads, promotional calendars, etc.
  • Monitors campaign KPIs on a regular basis and compiles & delivers various reports to internal partners
  • Support operational components across media channels where needed

  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to draw conclusions and develop recommendations and action plans based on data
  • Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years marketing or media buying experience
  • Exposure to programmatic media planning and measurement
  • Experience using MS tools especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Knowledge of media technologies & tools (Google Ads, Campaign Manager, tag management, ad servers, attribution, etc.) 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
