Program Manager - Digital Marketing

We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the execution of our digital media campaigns across digital channels like Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Video.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to receive and interpret results via marketing mix modeling, match-market tests, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Responsible for monitoring campaign KPIs, making optimizations, and assist in various reporting communications.
  • Assist in the management of budget allocation to hit campaign KPIs.
  • Partner with and prioritize work for external media agency of record team.
  • Respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding campaign execution.

What you bring to the table:

  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to draw conclusions and develop recommendations and action plans based on data 
  • Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with or at a media buying agency.
  • Background in programmatic media buying for paid search, display, paid social, digital video, and digital audio.
  • Expertise in MS Office especially MS Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts/graphs.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies & tools (web analytics, tag management, ad servers, attribution, etc.).

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ year's experience in marketing or media buying
