Finance Systems Consultant (Hybrid)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure that financial systems are in adherence with organizational needs, collect input and research and implement system changes as necessary. 
  • Review detailed systems specifications for new or modified systems, based on a thorough analysis and understanding of the existing financial processes, systems and hardware and business objectives. 
  • Build test plans and data. 
  • Project are designed to enhance some important issues such as financial controls, cost savings, improved performance, greater time efficiency, expanded capability or some other characteristic.
  • Act as a liaison to the information technology department and cross functional partners has both business and technical expertise.
  • Coordinates closely with the Applications Development group to ensure that applications are consistent with the defined systems requirements.
  • Advise on new systems features. 
  • Provide input on decisions that affect functional area of responsibility.
  • Communicate status via oral and written communication to finance partners and leadership. 
  • Use advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of related experience.
