Qualifications
Job Summary
Communicate with vendors regarding the status of samples. Unpack, check in and help organize all samples as they are received and keep merchandising team informed as to status.
Maintain sample libraries. Work with proactively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all items are current.
Assist with set up and tear down of meeting rooms for client reviews and item selections. Steam garments and help label and organize all samples in order of presentation. Organize presentation materials and documents; prepare any additional books that are required. Pack up and re organize samples for post item selection meeting.
Organize and label all samples for hand off meetings and offsite meeting presentation. Pack and mail samples to ensure timely receipt.

Qualifications
Education/Experience Equivalent (minimum requirements)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 Years relevant work experience in product marketing, merchandising or related field.
Professional Knowledge/Experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong math skills and ability to understand pricing and cost buildups.
- Multi task oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines.
- Requires a self-motivated and energetic personality.
- Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Teamwork and flexibility are essential
Other Skills
- Must have a passion for Retail shopping and merchandise
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
