Description
The Communications Program Manager is primarily responsible for developing engaging and informational materials to educate our associates on their benefit plans. This includes presentations, benefit guides, flyers, video campaigns, on-line tutorials, etc. This position will work collaboratively with our different communication teams within the business and external vendors to execute on initiatives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Drive the creative development and strategic planning and coordination of communication campaigns.
• Partner with stakeholders and team members to develop communication materials/content, e.g., benefit plan introductions and plan changes, annual enrollment campaigns, general and targeted health, welfare, and retirement benefits education
• Write copy, edit, review content, request feedback for brochures, newsletters flyers, letters, web copy and other communication collateral. 
• Manage production of employee communication materials, including coordination of graphic designer, print and fulfillment vendors, and multi-media, e.g., text messaging, videos, and other technology to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all materials.
• Facilitate review process, including internal, technical and legal reviews as appropriate and tracking issues raised/resolved during the review process 
• Author content management system and websites to ensure that content is up-to-date and accurate; drive improvement in website engagement
• Coordinate on-site events such as health benefit fairs 
• Create and administer periodic surveys to gather employee feedback. 
• Prepare annual benchmarking data for presentations
• Other duties and projects as required

Qualifications

Basic qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 

• Minimum 4 years applicable job experience in a corporate environment

• Excellent grammar, writing and organizational skills as well as the ability to gather and present information in an effective and concise manner, 

• Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through delivery,

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
