Sales Program Manager - Framingham, MA
This position will own the development and ongoing oversight of our Retail P&M Customer Development Program. This position will partner with our Inside Sales team and P&M Supervisors in the areas of sales execution, named Account planning, large opportunity proposal development, customer “sales” workshops and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with P&M Sales leaders on performance measurement of Inside Sales team (IAM) and Retail Account Management program, includes reporting, etc. and adjusting strategy as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Retail environment (3-5 years)
- Previous experience in Print & Marketing business
- Sales experience (consultation, relationship building)
- Knowledge of the print industry
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong facilitation skills
- Sales experience
- Highly effective time management skills
- Ability to pivot and change direction/ focus based on business needs
- Ability to influence without direct authority
