  • Assist Program Specialists (PS) with prepping, formatting and loading product copy into online interface for client e-stores.
  • Assist in proofing and testing client e-stores; reporting advanced issues to PS’s and fixing more minor issues as needed.
  • Assisting PS’s in prepping for client meetings; create product PowerPoint  decks; packing product, setup of product
  • Assisting PS’s in capturing meeting minutes and action items; distributing to teams as directed by the PS’s
  • Per direction of the PS’s fill out and submit paperwork to finance for catalog header setup and creation in Staples Promo ERP system (AILinc); setup test SKUs, test departments; submit e-store shell requests and test to ensure they are as per directive of the PS’s
  • Assist PS’s in updating pricing in ERP system and prepping SKUs for discount pricing or promotions; proofing client e-stores for updates
  • Working with the PS team to proof catalogs pre-print stage and compare product images and product copy to master product merchandising spreadsheet
  • Assist PS’s with pricelist updates and proof pricing in system to published price
  • Per direction from PS run and compile reporting as needed for client e-stores



  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentations skills with a flair for sales. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a key ingredient of success.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1 year in project management a definite asset.
  • A college diploma with a business or customer service focus is also an asset.
