We’ve created a 12 week Summer Internship Program for undergraduate students that put emphasis on personal growth and professional development. Throughout the summer, students have the opportunity to assume sole ownership of a designated project that can make a real impact on the business. Please note, projects may change based on business need to fit the direction of company objectives.
Marketing Analytics Internship:
The Marketing Analytics team at Quill.com is look for an intern who is highly interested in understanding the Quill.com customer, and making recommendations on how to drive increased engagement. This analytical intern will need to gain a deep understanding of how customers are using different channels to shop with Quill, how they interact with us (and we interact with them) in different ways and analyze different purchasing paths by using the existing Customer Journey dataset and Tableau report. From this analysis, the intern will need to create summarized reporting, new and different segments of customers and ultimately devise testing and/or marketing strategies to target them in a more personalized way to drive increased customer engagement and contact optimization. This project is highly important as a deep dive into the customer journey data can help drive both the top and bottom line by improved personalization through testing/ segmentation and expense savings through contact optimization
- Enrolled at a 4 year institution
- Requires a GPA of 3.00 or higher
· Junior or Senior year of college
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to provide recommendations
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
- Ability to work independently and effectively with others in a variety of settings
