Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work with senior leaders to align human resource priorities with the business unit strategy and drive comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable human resources programs. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner enabling the achievement of business goals through strategic planning & execution, building people capabilities and providing senior level coaching & guidance. The HRBP drives organizational effectiveness by brokering appropriate resources and processes to support the HR and business strategy. The HRBP generates HR insights and identifies best practice solutions to effectively address business needs. The focus of this role is on higher-level strategy setting and execution activities and this person should be recognized as an HR resource and subject matter expert. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Facilitate and execute the Strategic Capability Planning for the supported business unit 
·Responsible for partnering with senior leaders to identify business needs, conduct a capability analysis, align the business strategy to the HR strategy and implement solutions 
·Identify needs and recommend solutions regarding talent acquisition for high impact positions/initiatives and associate and leader development programs that assist in building a talent pipeline to support long and short term strategic priorities 
·Be a high performance culture activist. Help support and align culture and strategy to support the company vision, mission, and values 
·Coach and develop senior leaders 
·Coach senior leaders to effectively manage performance and effectiveness of their teams 
·Advise senior leaders on people issues by helping to identify root cause and develop solutions to help meet business needs 
·Drive organizational effectiveness 
·Conduct organizational assessments with senior leaders to evaluate structure and resources, assist and facilitate organizational redesigns, assist in communication and change management process 
·Build people capabilities
·Facilitate the succession planning process with senior leaders to focus on building and sustaining a high performance culture. Assist in identifying leadership development opportunities and development plans for senior successors 
·Partner with Global Talent Management to identify, communicate and deliver training solutions to address leadership skill gaps. Provide thought leadership and project support for various talent management initiatives and projects as needed. Facilitate training and development sessions related to assigned programs as needed 
·Broker with Centers Of Excellence (COEs) and the supported business unit 
·Partner with COEs to align business priorities with solutions, programs and processes that put the business needs first 
·Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting processes, headcount management, candidate offers, internship opportunities and recruiting events 
·Partner with Compensation on candidate offers, promotional offers, job evaluations and market competitiveness


Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business or related discipline; Master’s Degree

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·A minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a strategic Human Resources function, which includes supporting multiple levels of management in a fast-paced work environment 

·HR experience with emphasis in change management and organizational effectiveness
