Managed Print Services – Field Account Manager
The Managed Print Services – Field Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing Staples largest MPS customers. They are responsible for ensuring implementation of new contracts and accountable for a customer’s satisfaction with Staples. They lead and are responsible for all service, supplies, billing maintenance and monitoring of a customer’s managed print environment and technology needs. In addition, they will handle all billing, contractual true ups and contract renewals and negotiations. They coordinate with other Staples Sales Associates to manage the overall account within a matrix management environment.
•Responsible for establishing a track record of service excellence through pro-active account stewardship including customer reporting, quarterly reviews, service escalations, and constant contact with the customer
•Develop new applications and deployments across the customer’s enterprise through strong relationships, compelling analysis and innovative ideas and solutions
•Drive the support infrastructure team to deliver excellence and address customer complaints and concerns in positive teaming environment
•Manage margin contribution through close monitoring of actual service and supplies usage, recommending margin enhancing alternatives to achieve above average margins for the customer type
•Achieve assigned budget
•Understand unique print requirements and identify services and products that support those needs
• Instrumental in developing new ideas to support our MPS business
•High School Degree
•3+ years of Managed Print Services Sales experience
•Strong communication skills
•Strong MPS Tools Skills – MPS Software Solutions
•Sales Certifications or Project Management Certifications
