Staples Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play an important role in supporting and sustaining our commitment to I&D. Staples BRGs provide opportunities for employees to make a meaningful business impact, learn about each other through shared lived experiences, and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture.

I feel the proudest of Staples Inclusion & Diversity efforts every time we broadcast a Social Justice Resource Series. Each month one of our BRGs has an opportunity to present a topic that has meaning to their specific demographic. This provides our fellow colleagues within the organization an opportunity to learn about the culture or history of others and gain a greater respect for those things that make us unique and those that highlight our similarities. These broadcasts bring us closer together as a Staples family!
