EXPERIENCE OUR CULTURE OF INCLUSION

Celebrating the space to be ourselves.

At Staples, “inclusion” is a verb. It’s what we do to ensure associates feel valued and can contribute to their fullest. We connect on the things we have in common. And celebrate our differences by working with respect and fairness towards each other.

We never shy away from issues that are important to our associates. That’s why we welcome challenges that inspire us to think carefully about our approach to inclusion and diversity, from honest conversations about race to tackling the gender pay gap.

When we operate inclusively, diversity naturally follows. That’s why we work hard to increase underrepresented groups in our dynamic workforce. And seek associates with unique input and individual perspectives. The result isn’t just a better workplace. It’s also the innovative thinking that helps us exceed customers’ expectations and achieve our business goals.

STAPLES ASSOCIATE RESOURCE GROUPS

Staples ARG gives members a collective voice and a forum to celebrate our common bonds as well as our differences. Through this empowerment, we foster deeper engagement and complete our mission: to bring value to associates, our community and Staples.
