Customer Service Representatives in our Contact Centers (CSR) answer inbound phone calls from Staples’ customers nationwide, placing orders from our wide range of product offerings, including Office Supplies, Furniture, Technology Products, Facilities and Breakroom Supplies, Print and Promotional Products.
