General Manager

A proven leader who knows how to keep a team engaged and ensure the store is ready every day to support our customer base. The General Manager not only builds a dynamic team but also creates a relationship with our customers.

Assistant Manager

As a partner to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for creating and supervising high-performing teams that are focused on sales and service. Assistant Managers also develop teams to provide a consultative selling approach as well as flawlessly executing store standards while maintaining an environment that supports and strengthens the Staples Brand.

Sales Manager

A key sales driver in the store, the Sales Manager oversees the Technology and Mobile departments. Along with a strong focus on coaching and developing their team members, an essential part of their job is to make sure every associate has the product knowledge, customer service expertise and selling skills to provide customers a total solution — especially small business customers.

Operations Manager

An integral member of the management team, the Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring customer service is top priority in a high-performing selling environment. The Operations Manager is also accountable for total store operations as well as merchandising activities that support and maintain the Staples Brand promise.
