Our Marketing teams work together to provide actionable insights into our customer data and develop unique programs that resonate with our internal and external customers. The Agency is comprised of witty wordsmiths, dynamic designers, and awesome account service executives. Our team of creatives makes up one of the largest in-house agencies in the area. We’re responsible for the Staples® brand and the execution of creative strategies.
Our Global Communications team amplifies our messages to customers, associates, partners and communities. The team oversees both internal and external communication strategies for associate communications, social media, public relations, community and special events. Ashley has been with the Marketing group at Staples for 10+ years, in many different groups. A few examples of places she’s made her mark, in both the retail store and dotcom spaces: Small Business Marketing, Strategic Initiatives Integrated Marketing. In her current role in Customer & Online Marketing, she works to drive a healthy customer base by acquiring, nurturing, and retaining customers. Ideally, growing their share of wallet, too.
