Our Marketing teams work together to provide actionable insights into our customer data and develop unique programs that resonate with our internal and external customers. We reach our B2C and B2B audiences at the right time, through the right channels. Our marketers support a variety of initiatives ranging from loyalty programs to partnerships with other brands. We bring our merchants’ business plans to life and communicate our brand messages across various channels including TV, print, in-store marketing, email marketing, digital, promotions and social media.

The Agency is comprised of witty wordsmiths, dynamic designers, and awesome account service executives. Our team of creatives makes up one of the largest in-house agencies in the area. We’re responsible for the Staples® brand and the execution of creative strategies.

We are the voice of Staples.

Our Global Communications team amplifies our messages to customers, associates, partners and communities. The team oversees both internal and external communication strategies for associate communications, social media, public relations, community and special events. We are dedicated to creating buzz around our products and services to advance our company into the future.
