As part of the largest internal creative agency in Massachusetts, our dedicated User Experience Design team is responsible for creating effective and innovative online and mobile customer experiences for the second-largest e-tailer in the world – Staples. The User Experience Design team works together to create best-in-class user experience models coupled with engaging visual design that aligns with our global brand. We are passionate about our customers and keep their needs at the core of everything we do.
Our user experience designers are responsible for driving all aspects of content services, Web-based information architecture and interactive design across all Staples® Web and mobile properties. Through constant collaboration and interaction, the visual design team is equally skilled, driving brand and UI standards across all customer touch points. Together, this team of experts demonstrate their craft in a wide-range of deliverables for Web and mobile platforms, including wireframe creation, prototyping, user experience architecture, site navigation, interaction design, persona development, user-story definition, visual and informational design, as well as concept sketches.
