The position of Managed Print Services- Account Consultant is a position with the responsibility of maintaining and growing our Managed Print Services revenues. In addition to the sales responsibility, the MPS Account Manager will provide customer service related activities to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing support of our customer’s print solutions agreement with SBA Tech Solutions. Upon the completion of the contract implementation, the MPS Account Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of ongoing support to their assigned customer accounts under the STS Managed Print Solution. The MPS Account Consultant will provide a superior customer experience to each and every customer they are assigned to.
•Budget Attainment – Maintain and Grow Revenues

•Strategic selling and renewals of contracts
•Provide all aspects of customer service related to an MPS account
•Indirectly responsible for bringing solutions to management team in support of MPS business growth
•Engagement from C-Level to mid-level management at our MPS customers to maintain and grow MPS Revenue
•Relationship owner for assigned accounts
•Provide insight to management to enable strategic development
•High School Degree
•2+ years of inside or outside B2B sales experience
•Customer Service background
•Strong communication skills
•Managed Print Services experience
