<div><strong>Project Specialist Site Merchandising, Staples Brand G</strong></div>
<div><strong>The Site Merchandising team is responsible for landing pages on Staples.com and SA, including browse path pages, brand shops, and seasonal centers. &nbsp;The Project Specialist will have an immediate impact on the site experience by executing the landing page experience from concept to full launch for SBG related categories and brand shops, as well as driving additional enhancements to continually improve the customer experience. &nbsp;This role will partner closely with SBG, as well as our Merchandising and Marketing teams. &nbsp;The successful candidate must be an excellent collaborator and communicator; a self-motivator that can work in a fast-moving and highly diverse environment and must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines are not compromised. &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></div>
<div><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div><strong>&bull;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Responsible for the execution of the SBG Site Merchandising strategy and roadmap, including landing pages, brand shops and site experience. &nbsp;</strong></div>
<div><strong>&bull;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Management of the brand shop experience for SBG, from the design concept through to full build. &nbsp;Responsible for integrating SBG within all relevant categories to ensure customers have a strong awareness and opportunity to purchase SBG. &nbsp;Must understand market trends and key category priorities to develop optimal category design to tell robust merchandising story to customers</strong></div>
<div><strong>&bull;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Partner with Business Product Management and Product Management teams to identify and drive site improvements that will positively impact the SBG brand exposure and awareness across the site</strong></div>
<div><strong>&bull;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Actively participate in requirement building sessions and have voice in design stages for various site improvements, including SKU page</strong></div>
<div><strong>&bull;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Support seasonal center execution, including recommendations and input for brand representation &nbsp;</strong></div>
<div><strong>&bull;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Relationship management with SBG to understand and execute against new initiatives and deliverables. &nbsp;Proactively engage SBG to build out future roadmaps for continually improved customer experience &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div><strong>&bull;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Proactively partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Monetization. SEO, Search, and Product Management teams to continually drive site improvements and identify improvement opportunities</strong></div>

Basic:

BA/BS in eCommerce or Marketing related field 
3-5 years of merchandising, marketing or ecommerce experience
Strong strategic and creative thinking skills; strong communication and relationship management skills; keen ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel  

Preferred:

Master’s degree or MBA Preferred with focus on analytics.
Knowledge of PDB system
