eCommerce Content Program Manager

What you’ll be doing:

  • Day-to-day PoC for overall program management - supporting the management of content programs across all business units, including, but not limited to the flow of content (i.e... approvals, creative, reporting, billing/budget reconciliation, etc.) & day to day maintenance to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Maintain & deliver against approved timelines – ensuring that teams understand requirements and meet deliverable dates. Manage a project tracker for every initiative to ensure launch deadlines are met.
  • Help create, define & prioritize program opportunities including, but not limited to consolidating/delivering quality concerns, driving improvements, etc
  • Become an internal & external advocate for core & syndicated content programs. Build relationships across the company, evangelizing and overall program impact.
  • Lead Quarterly business reviews (QBRs) including meeting coordination, agenda, and meeting output.
  • Work with IT and vendors to manage implementation and troubleshoot technical issues on an on-going basis
  • Manage reports, reconcile numbers for invoicing/budget tracking and monitor ongoing performance for initiatives relative to financial goals.

What you bring to the table:

  • Solid organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience managing deadlines for multiple projects.

  • Facilitation of Sr Level and Peer conflicting interests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and execute across multiple groups. 

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of eCommerce and/or Product Content experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills necessary

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
