Position will partner with team of Account Executives, Facility Solutions within a region to assist in driving sales and improving customer retention through a variety of customer-focused activities.
Team with Account Executive, Facility Solutions to maintain existing customer relationships through numerous touch points with customers. More specifically, drive retention and further sales penetration through customer interactions focused on training, product demonstrations and other customer-facing activities.
Support Account Executives, Facility Solutions on established customer accounts to help drive ship-to program compliance around our Janitorial, Safety and Breakroom programs.
Serve in the region as an expert in the Breakroom category. Inclusive of site assessments, customer calls, product demos and overseeing awareness campaigns and training to local Strategic Account Leaders and Business Development Executives.
Drive Facilities sales by organizing, leading and executing different sales campaigns.
Partner with operations and customer service teams to coordinate and ensure smooth and timely implementations of Facility Solution programs (e.g. dispenser installations) across team’s geographic area.
Serve as a point of contact for Business Development teams to answer Facilities related questions.
Create and leverage customer level reports to assist with driving additional customer sales and penetration. Qualifications
1-2 years minimum prior related work experience
Ability to work and contribute to a team atmosphere of selling
Strong communication skill set to drive compliance, retention, penetration and problem resolution
Desire to develop and refine sales skills
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Possess and utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage implementations and to manage ongoing customer order and service needs
Sense of urgency to provide the best quality and service levels at a competitive price to our customers
Ability to manage a set territory and physically visit customer locations
Comfortable running and creating reports to provide customer analytics
Computer literacy including competency related to MS Windows-based applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
