Position Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a customer centric environment. Responsible for maintaining the pricing integrity of our store through adherence to company guidelines and polices.
General Purpose: Customer Service, Basic selling skills, Merchandising and retail operating standards, Pricing Integrity and accuracy to ensure compliance with the State of California Pricing Laws.
? Must exhibit exceptional customer service at all times in all interactions and communications with customers, fellow associates and management
? Able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs based on changes to pricing
? Utilize operational interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers, understand their needs and present solutions

? Perform price changes, price discrepancy and pricing audits via:
o Weekly Price Check Audits
o Daily Price Changes
o Price Discrepancy Report
o Records Retention
? Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
? Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean area
? Adhere to all company policies procedures & safety standards
? Perform other related duties as assigned
? Convey appropriate product and services knowledge
? Able to engage and speak to customers
Preferred skills and experience
? Customer service experience in a retail environment
? Attention to detail and managing execution
