What will I do?
• Partner with Quill customers to determine office product and related business needs
• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming customer contacts
• Resolve customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction
• Partner with other customer service professionals throughout the company
• Continuously identify process improvement and customer satisfaction opportunities 
• Keep up to date on product knowledge  using company tools and resources

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Basic: 

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of proven customer service experience (Prior call center experience not required)

• Microsoft Office Skills

• Successful experience using search engines (e.g. cutting & pasting, navigating through multiple windows, and efficient keyboarding skills)

• Able to adhere to assigned schedule

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to sit for entire shift

• Must be able to attend 3 week training class that begins January 8th, 2018

• Training shift may differ but will be 8 hours Monday to Friday between 8am to 5:30pm

• Shift hours after training will be between 9am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday


Preferred:

• Successful experience in a call center environment

• Proven sales ability
