• Partner with Quill customers to determine office product and related business needs
• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming customer contacts
• Resolve customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction
• Partner with other customer service professionals throughout the company
• Continuously identify process improvement and customer satisfaction opportunities 
• Keep up to date on product knowledge using company tools and resources

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Basic: 

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of proven customer service experience (Prior call center experience not required)

• Microsoft Office Skills

• Successful experience using search engines (e.g. cutting & pasting, navigating through multiple windows, and efficient keyboarding skills)

• Able to adhere to assigned schedule

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Technical skills to virtually troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to onsite training and meetings 

• Must be able to attend 3 week training class that begins January 8th, 2018

• Must be able to attend onsite training from Monday to Friday between 9:30am to 6pm (100% attendance required) in Arden Hills, MN

• Shift hours after training will be Monday to Friday between 12:30pm to 9pm

• Must be able to adhere to work regular work schedule

 

Preferred:

• Successful experience in a call center environment

• Proven sales ability
